I came across this article and it explains SI joint pain in a way that connects directly to how people sit throughout the day. What stood out is the emphasis on pelvic stability and how that influences lower back stress. I also like that it links movement and posture rather than treating pain as isolated. Overall, it gives a good functional understanding of the issue.
